Was knowledgeable and sold our home exactly when we needed it sold. Was a good
negotiator and got us the most money possible. Also knows and is a contractor so
helpful when it comes to repairs. A bit pricy but he took care of everything for us so it
was worth it. Definitely recommend!!

Even though I know he has other listings, Ted made me feel as if he were is only client. He was particularly helpful and reliable when it came to me having already relocated across the country. I could trust him to go out of his way to make sure everything needed for the home sale was handled (cleaning, repairs, etc.). Also appreciate the variety of innovative presentation strategies, such as the video tour and 3D view. He also had a great command of the market and knew how to get the house sold within a reasonable timeframe at a price I was happy with.
